Lehigh Valley Health Network now offers Sports Nutrition services led by licensed clinical sports dietitians Tanya Williams MS, CSSD, RDN, LDN and Paige Kutler MS, RD, LDN. With over 25 years of combined experience, our program delivers:
Personalized 1 on 1 nutritional analysis
Tailored meal plans and targeted food recommendations specialized to each athlete
Educational resources to support each athlete’s health and performance goals
Sports team and community outreach talks
